Some company from CT called 'Safe Home Security' has an account on my credit file that I never opened. It shows as a charge off - what's worse is that I disputed it with equifax and just got back the results today - now my equifax credit has been dinged another 36 points according to credit karma.
I am 100% certain I have never opened this account. I was even living with family during the time they claimed I was making payments for a home security system.
