I don't order much off Amazon -- 2-5 orders a year for several years now-- and I've noticed this over the last ~2 years. I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed similar. I'm glad I don't pay for "Prime shipping" service since their distribution seems to have improved markedly with the greater popularity of the Prime service in general. Some do take the full delivery estimate, but the majority beat it, often significantly (24-48h). If this appears to be a trend that others can validate, perhaps it will help save some others from those fees/that subscription money. Cheers.
