Very simple and quick question but I just want to make sure I get this...
If I make 100K... and I contribute 6% and my employer matches 100% of the first 1% and 50% of the next 5%, then my contribution is 6K and my employers is 3.5K?
In order for me to get the full match, I need to contribute at least 6%? And if I contribute more, they stop at 6%?
