Not goodyear welted, and 3.8 out of 5 stars on amazon after 17 reviews, so take it for what it's worth: possibly a great option if money is super tight for you, and you need a decent boot for only the next year or two.
There is some indication that the boot won't last all that much longer than that given some of the previous posts.
