So I have been with this company for almost a year now as a Customer Experience Coordinator (entry level, first job out of school) for a real estate development company. I went to school for Interior Design and applied my knowledge of building and AutoCAD to this position to help me gain more exposure. They started me at $45k a year and promised me a 6 month review where I could re-negotiate my salary but that never happened. A lot has happened in the last 4 months, the woman who hired me (development coordinator) and the project accountant have quit. There's also rumours of my boss (development manager) phasing himself out as well. I have been taking on a lot more responsibility and my boss has spoken to me about slowly transitioning me into the development coordinator role. This is going to be at least 30% more work than I was doing before, a lot more responsibility.

How much of a raise to ask for is fair?
