In trying to get the bills down recently, my family discovered an important tip to getting the car insurance bill to go down. Helps that we are low mileage drivers, which was mentioned thanks to someone on reddit, in addition both of us also have a clean driving record and take a safe driving course for insurance discount every time its required. However, in a previous phone call we were told there was no way to get the bill down and that we were getting the maximum discount. The kind rep then transferred the caller to the rate department or rate specialist where a lot of questions were asked and a complete review of the policy happened, just saved 1k per year on car insurance!
