Bundesbank suggests Italy should expropriate 20% of consumer's wealth to reduce debt load

I am not sure what is more crazy that this is being proposed at all or that the proposal comes from a high-level official (deputy economist, head of Bundesbank public finance) of another government. Says everything about the German interpretation of "solidarity".
