I'm looking for a good quality, waterproof, durable hiking shoe that can stand up to at least 90km/month of mostly pavement walking, with some hiking thrown in. I bought a pair of North Face vibram soled shoes in February that have pretty much worn through and am pretty disappointed. What are your recommendations? I live in Vancouver, BC, and encounter a lot of rain/mud, hills, and dog parks with my husky. Bonus for shoes with good traction! I'm willing to pay for shoes that will last years, if possible. Thanks in advance!
