I recently subscribed to WSJ when I saw the $1 deal. After subscribing, I thought I should immediately cancel the auto renewal before the next recharge. I looked at their website and I called their Australian number as I'm residing in Australia, when I called the number it says "This phone number is not authorised on our network". Furthemore, I've tried dialing the hong-kong and US number as some users has suggested to do so but it ended up with the same message. I then emailed WSJ and they insisted me to call this number +852 2831 2555. I dialed this number next morning and a guy picked up saying that I called a hospital. I felt embarrassed and I quickly apologised and ended the call. I then had my friend double checked and dialed the number again, same thing, a man picked up saying it's from the hospital. I emailed them back, stating the situation, and I have yet to receive back an email.
I'm lost and quite frustrated with the situation. Any advice given would be appreciated.
