I have been thinking a lot lately about how well things have been going economically. What happens when this isn't the case? I am 25 and don't know what to expect, how can I prepare for future uncertainty besides having an emergency fund? Thoughts of losing my job, rental property, retirement plans, terrify me. I'm not trying to sound like a crazy person, but this economy isn't sustainable indefinitely.
