Found this great apartment. Landlord has to fly out so he says he will add me as a roommate so I'll have a part of the lease too officially and when he comes back he'll transfer the deed to me.
He did offer to transfer if I qualify immediately.
Does this seem sketch or legit? Place is nice and dude seems okay.
