I started sleeping on the floor some days ago (without mattress), but I can't fall asleep while laying on my back. I end up turning on my side and fall asleep that way. I would prefer to sleep on my back because it's good for the spine.
Should I just persist? Will my body/mind get used to it and falling asleep will improve, while laying on my back?
