I don't sleep well, I can usually fall asleep decent enough, but at times can't remain asleep. This over time wears me out, as it would anyone else. I have tired to make things easier in my life so this wont happen: I got rid of debt, facebook, I meal prep, for a while I did the whole no screen time before bed. I have tried sleeping pills, morning Vitamin D, night time melatonin (at times this caused a bit of "sleep paralysis"), booze and no booze. The one thing I can say has helped has been to use sleep guided meditations, that seems to work for getting me to sleep, but I still wake up in the middle of the night.
I am now trying to make my job easier, via automation, as I have a suspicion that my sleep issues are partially due to work stress. During my busy season I have gone a month or more without decent sleep. Though over my vacation there are at times sleepless nights, but I can mitigate the negative effects.
I'm looking for new ideas to deal with this.
