This is more of a general knowledge question I had, not a specific scenario:
Are taxes paid by every sale of an automobile? Lets just say we have a hypothetical car that gets sold every year, does that Mean Person A pays tax on $30k, B pays tax on $25k, C pays tax on $20k, etc...
Meaning this single car could generate taxes as if it was worth hundreds of thousands of dollars if it was sold enough times?
