Every year I clean and repaint my metal bistro table and chairs with supposedly rustproof paint. They are still getting really rusty around the edges. Should I sand the rust off before painting? Anyone having luck doing something to keep it looking fresh? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2PBF9RR
