I am done with Chaco.
Just heard back from the warranty dept that they will not warranty my sandals that fell apart as they are too old, even though there is minimal wear on them. I have been a fan for over 20 years, but I will not be buyingc them anymore. BTW, they were sold to Wolverine, a huge outdoor company conglomerate and I am certain that explains their lack of customer care/service.
