Hi all! This is the first piece I’m trying to transform. Bought it used two years ago and finally decided to beautify it. I was going to sand off the paint and stain the wood, but after sanding down one of the drawers, I found that the front was not hardwood, but a small layer of what The Google leads me to believe is particle board veneer front? Further searching led me to posts about how to remove wooden veneer, but not particle board.I’m at a bit of a loss here. Can it be removed without ruining what’s underneath? If so, what would I do to make up for the loss of depth in the drawer? Is this a lost cause?! Any an all advice is much appreciated.Send help!Photos via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2QvH9fP
