I'm in a rental, but I like trying to fix this stuff myself if I can. Recently our building had some work was done that required a water shutoff for a while. When it came back on, a lot of sediment washed out of the pipes for a while. It wasn't a problem except for this one bathroom sink. I think the aerator (if it exists) is partially clogged with the sediment stuff.
