I've been thinking of leaving all social media, and by the time I'm only using Instagram. Since I left Facebook and Twitter I now have more free time to read and in a way, I'm more calmed. If I quit Instagram... Should I leave WhatsApp too? Nowadays is more than a text tool, and I get tons of distraction from it (not only texting, also sending photos, gifs or videos). But I just can't imagine how I can leave WhatsApp and not be isolated at the same time.
So, for those who quit social media: did you quit WhatsApp too, or is the last one remaining in your smartphone?
