My company's (we are a small private company under 50 employees) 401k provider (PAYCHEX) is terrible. From the terrible fund choices, bad website interface and their non-existent personal advisement I'm looking to talk to the big boss man and get him to switch. Has anyone ever done something like this and or have strategies aside from bullet pointing the above statement to the boss? In general does a boss man get any sort of kickbacks or benefit from using a certain 401k provider? Would it be no skin off his back if we were to change? Thanks in advance for any insight or advice!
