Grandma passed away a few years ago and had Life insurance policy. My dad is the executor of her estate. He tried to collect the policy. But there is an issue with the address on the account. Grandma never moved but the post office changed the address a few time in the 70 years she lived in that house. The state doesn’t recognize any address we have tried. Any ideas on how to progress?
