It seems that the GoPro price has bottomed out. Those that were smart enough to have bought when it hit during an all time low of $4 have made a fortune. Since then, the GoPro (GPRO) price has gone nothing but up. People are starting to realize that it is a company worth more than $7, or even $10.
I will make the case for $GPRO hitting $10 end of this year.
First, GoPro is the most innovative player in the action camera industry. The release of the HERO7 has rekindled my faith in GoPro. Touch Zoom technology and live streaming to Facebook - this is innovation folks. Both camera enthusiasts and amateurs see GoPro's novelty.
Second, the trade war tariffs are beneficial for GoPro. Ever noticed that every time trade war tensions flare $GPRO goes up in price? It's not a coincidence. Some of the reasons for this are that most of GoPro's manufacturing are in Brazil while most of its competition is manufacturing in China. And the trade war tensions will only get worse.
Third, Nick Woodman is somebody to be trusted. Nick has been with GoPro since 2002. He has blood in the company. He was humiliated last year when GoPro went off a cliff. But he will not give up. He is back with a vengeance. Is he a perfect man? No. But I would say the flaws in his character have taught him valuable lessons that will make GoPro stronger.
Get on the train boys, because GoPro is going to $10 and the moon.
