I've been watching alot of credit card related videos such as benefits and tips especially from The Credit Sifu does all the tips (increasing credit score, climbing credit ladder, better loans with good credit score) apply only to US/UK/Major 1st world countries or will it also apply to me? I'm based in Kuwait right now.
