I've been told by many people lately and have really been considering getting into real estate investing as a part-time thing to do on the side while working my full-time job now. I've been researching and talking to people I know that own property/rent to get some ideas on how to start. I've read some rental posts in here but the few I read were about single or multi family homes.
Anyone have experience with renting a condo in a building with HOA fee's etc? Must be different than some of the "horror" stories I've read in this thread about home property rentals? Less/more/same maintenance? Any tips or experiences to help a 24 y/o freshly start the journey is welcome!
