Company i work for is going to IPO in UK soon (next couple of months) & I own vested shares worth about £300k - £500k. I am planning to cash out as much as I am allowed as soon as we go public. Looking for suggestions for best way to put the money to work. TIA

Title is pretty self-explanatory. Additional details. I live in UK and have 2 school going kids. Even after I cash out, I will have another 50% unvested which will continue to vest quarterly.
