I went to our local clinic, (Hearing Life) and they pushed me to a $5,000 hearing aid for one ear. I have profound hearing loss in that ear and I told them I simply couldn’t afford it. They didn’t present me with any other options.
Any other options out there? Our benefits will cover about $1,200.
