Hi all, thought I'd share this book with the sub as I think you'd enjoy it. I read it recently and felt it asked good questions which point towards simple living. Plus it's quite short and easy to read.
In particular, what is enough? Simple question, but one which pushes me to evaluate whether I can't eliminate more from my life. For example, do I need to live in an expensive city? Do I need to live alone?
The author also challenges the reader: what are your values? What actions manifest those values? What percentage of your time is spent acting in concert with your values?
All grist for the mill, and in my opinion living an integrated life has to be one of the pillars of simple living.
Have you read the book? What'd you think?
