Hello everyone, I am an Indian citizen who was working in America for the last three years during which I maxed out the contribution to my 401k to take advantage of my employer's generous matching scheme.
Sadly, I didn't get selected for the H1B in this years lottery so I had to go back to India. Is there any way to withdraw my 401k without incurring the penalty/income taxes? My 401k account is with Fidelity if that makes a difference.
