I want to move back out west, preferably. I'm disabled and $650 is my absolute max, preferably with utilities included. Career opportunities, schools, restaurants, clubs, etc are of no importance to me. I need a decent grocery store(vegan with some restrictions but a Walmart would work), veterinary clinic, & doctors who take MediCare.
