So the 2 story shed is a 14x36, I plan on making the upstairs either one big bedroom or 2 small ones, If I make it one big bedroom I would like to have 1 small one downstairs with a kitchen and full bathroom. The shed itself is $10k, I would need to run electric, insulate, run plumbing and get a heat source (probably a vent free wall mount propane heater or 2). I think I can make this a nice little home for under $20k, is this a crazy idea? (P.S I own land with a septic system that this will go on)
