I'm in the process of taking down a couple of cabinets in my kitchen and repairing the wall. The drywall is in pretty good shape with the exception of this one area that was cut out for the wiring of an under cabinet light. PictureIs there a general guideline for a size of hole that needs to be patched versus just puttyed over? I'm trying to figure out which approach I need to take.
