That's it. Rain boots/galoshes that don't leak and where the upper won't start to detach after a month. Flexible enough that if you squat down or bend at the ankle, the rubber won't split open.
Bonus points for ones that are women's boots or are stylish, but rain boots aren't really gendered and I'd definitely prefer function over form. I'm just sick of getting wet socks all the time.
