I’ve been to a couple NYC thrift stores, such as a Goodwill and two Salvation Army’s one in Brooklyn and one in Manhattan. Those prices were pretty okay with 20 dollars for a couple outfits.
I’m looking at the goodwill outlet on 47 van dam st in Long Island NY. They have 8 am, 10, noon and 2pm slots. I plan on getting there at noon ish. I heard it’s really hectic over there but some have found some designer items there. They have no carts and it’s pretty cut throat. It’s 1.69 per pound which is pretty amazing. I also like the vintage ones in Astoria I found.
Has anyone checked these out or have any suggestions?
