I recently became debt free right about the same time I received a promotion. I'm finally in the black and have been pretty disciplined. I have an emergency fund and am contributing 15% of my pay to a Roth. I will roughly be seeing 1k more per month and I want to diversify. I want to look at more passive income streams and was looking into real-estate, but this is where my experience and knowledge end. What advice do you have for me?
