Hello good people! I'm posting this for my wife, as she doesn't have an account, and I suck at this kind of advice. She'll answer any questions herself though.
I've been in my current job for a year and am doing very overall. I am not in a sales/commission role, but through good networking and relationship-building, I've brought it about $350k in additional revenue to the company. It's nearing my annual comp review while I am confident in asking for a raise, I'd like some input on how to address this, get credit for it (bonus?) and if the two (raise for performance and the additional revenue) should be addressed together.
