The shopping center near my house has a parking lot that's usually only half full. The parking lot is meant for cars for people that are gonna shop in the stores in that area. If I park my car there but I plan to shop at a place thats a few blocks away with no parking, is it a good idea? There's signs saying that you should only shop at the stores of the shopping center but I don't know how well enforced it actually is. Imagine a parking lot has 80 cars in it and one person parking there goes shopping in a different area, how would tehy tell?
