They look great, retro look and modern sole. The insole is sewn on and the tongue is also sewn to the inside of the shoe for better structure (see second picture). The materials are a more modern feeling mesh which is stretchy and also lighter and thinner than the previous shoes I've had.
Overall, really happy. Toe box is not too wide for me like others have reported, and I ordered half a size up. They seem a little narrow for me, but I have wide feet.
Really cool feeling for summer, but I don't know if they will hold together super well since the material is really thin. Also, will probably need to use much thicker shoes for winter.
