Have a mirror with two fluorescent lights inside it, under the glass.Front view.There are no visible fasteners holding it to the wall, they must all be behind the mirror.It doesn't appear to swing open, though there's some play in the bottom part that hints that it might swing up, but there's no latch or catch or anything or even enough space to slide a tool in.side wall viewlooking up from the bottomI suspect there's a trick, but I've googled around and can't find anything.edit: figured it out - there was a hex screw at the top of the mirror behind the frame that I had missed.
