Currently I have a window fan on its highest setting and a ceiling fan on its highest setting. My bedroom is on the 3rd floor of an ancient house. With heat index it has been over 110 degrees and I have to keep functioning. How can I cool down the room??? I tried the whole ice and fan trick - it did nothing. Any frugal tips?
