Hello fellow DIYers!I encountered a problem today, when I tried to change an old ceiling mounted light with a recessed LED light. My house was built in 1947. House has been updated and renovated over the years, but I still find surprises. This light in question went out and assumed it was a bulb. I figured I would change it new lighting altogether. When I took the old light down, there were bunch of wires more wires than normally present in a box. Some wires were ancient types. Anyhow to be safe, I measured volt between hot and neutral. The reading was only 70 volts.I don't know where to begin to troubleshoot. Any advice, tip or suggestion is greatly appreciated. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2MM9Eqj
