Hello, i am not sure of this is the right sub but I am hoping to get help, I have been with a gym prebiously before switching to a new one, after 3 months of submitting my cancellation to the first gym I got an email that im £250 in debt for not paying the gym , I tried calling them but they said that I never cancelled my membership and that I need to pay this off. Now here’s the thing, I am 17 and they offered me a contract which they cant do until I am 18, can I somehow use this?
