I'm currently not maxing out my ROTH IRA. I have about $2,500 to invest per year left. I've been eyeing FUSEX (.090%) but with the release of 0% FZILX fund, I'm now considering dumping my extra money into that, exposing my portfolio to international markets. Thoughts, comments, suggestions?
