Hey redditters, I had a very bad experience with Best Buy and Chase and I'm looking for some help on how to resolve the issue...
My Best Buy account was hacked three months ago and on some day in May I received multiple emails notifying purchases in Best Buy and some of the stuff were picked up by some guy in east coast (I live in California). I called Best Buy and Chase immediately for the situation, although Chase fraud department and Best Buy representatives had a bad attitude, they still refunded me a few days later and told me they would investigate the issue. However a few days ago Chase sent me an email saying "You received benefit from this transaction" and re-applied the fraud transactions to my credit card account. WTH??? What should I do to argue with Chase? Thank you all!
