Hi everyone, I've been reading a lot of posts and learning a little bit more about finances every day. I live in a very poor country, I'm 26 and graduated from med school this year, I work every day from Monday to Sunday and my salary is about 245 U$D a month (2940 U$D a year) I'm still paying off some debts from med school hopefully will end in the next 2 years or so. To be quite honest I would like to move out of my parents house (I do pay rent and expenses but they don't charge me as high as some real state around here) I'm looking for any type of advice on how could I be able to afford or what can I do with what I have (is it even possible?) that could help me have a place of my own, the cheapest real state I've found in my city is about ~49000 U$D for 35m2. Any advice on planning, ideas, perhaps investment that could in the long run allow me to have somewhere to live would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance and very sorry for the bad English
