I hadn't had a DQ Blizzard in years, so on my semi-daily walk, I stopped at DQ and bought one. The receipt said I'd get a free Dilly Bar by filling out a survey online. On my next walk I got my free Dilly Bar (I didn't buy anything), and another receipt. And then I did it again a couple of days later. So, it looks like I'll be able to repeat this...forever?
