Upgrading utility room to be more functional and aesthetically pleasing. Water heater, furnace, washer/dryer in there. Created this to collapse because it's by the door. Need the ability/space to removed/install these large appliances in the future with proper access.Door is to the right. Created a curve on the desk for \"ease\" into the roomNot a fan of waterbased stains, but was able to do some tests to achieve what I was afterI wanted to see the knots and holes.
