So I found a house this will be my first time moving out it’s just me and my son I chose a 3br house because I have siblings that are currently still young who I’d rather have come spend weekends with me instead of where they usually spend their weekends at. Well the house is 850 a month plus utilities. I make 13 a hour with 40 hours a week 50 hours if I choose the work on my off days. I am a leasing consultant so for each apartment I rent out is $75 but it goes like this : if I move 10 people in the month of August that total amount ( 10 x 75 ) = 750$ will be added to my first check of the month of October so if my check is 868 ( which is the normal check I get ) + the commission I receive will I be okay with a 850 a month rent??
