Hi, I have to wake up at 5:30 AM. sleepyti.me says that I should fall asleep at 8:30 PM or 10:00 PM. I can't fall asleep at 8:30 PM, it's too early, and I can't at 10 also, cause I must sleep for 8-10 hours (16 years old). What should I do? Fall asleep at 10 and sleep for 7 and a half hours, or at 9:30 to sleep 8 hours? Is sleepyti.me worth it, in your opinion?
