Yesterday while I was delivering something to a friend and got out to the car, as I was about to start it and back out a woman hits my rear end out of nowhere and when we get out of the cars she immediately claims it was me who hit her.
Today she even filed a claim against me with her insurance that I for sure hit her. I took pictures of her license and her insurance which by the way was expired for over a year. This just pisses me off at how evil and rude some people are. She knocked out my back bumper and barely any damages to her but she dares to claim against me. I'm not sure what I should do besides report all this to my insurance as well as I took pictures of both cars and the way they were positioned when it happened.
