Any roofers or DIYers ever white coat a roof? I have a modified bitumen roof and it's super dirty. I'm planning on brooming it, leaf blowering it, and possibly rinsing with a hose before trying to paint. I've tried brooming and blowing it last week and I swear it was dirtier than before so I didn't paint but now I think I'll just paint over the dirt if I have to.Any tips or suggestions??
